3. Organize and coordinate major matters of production and operation management of member enterprises;

4. To formulate the company's annual business plan, financing plan, investment plan and foreign investment plan, and organize the implementation after approval;

5. To formulate the company's financial budget and final accounts plan, profit distribution and loss-making plan, employee compensation plan and internal management organization setting plan, and organize the implementation after approval;

6. To formulate the basic management system of the company and formulate specific regulations of the company;

7. Other work assigned by the executive director or shareholders.

Deputy General Manager of (II) Glass Holdings

1. Under the leadership of the general manager, assist the general manager in charge of the operation and management work within the scope of responsibility, and organize the implementation of shareholders' resolutions;

2. Should work in the deputy rank position of the third-level enterprise leadership team of Kaisheng Technology Group for more than 3 years, and those who have less than 3 years should work in the deputy rank and middle-level position of the third-level enterprise leadership team of Kaisheng for a total of more than 5 years;

3. Should have a bachelor degree or above, the age is not more than 55 years old, especially outstanding can be appropriately relaxed;

4. Familiar with the power generation glass industry, master the power generation glass professional knowledge, familiar with the power generation glass business.

Deputy General Manager of (II) Glass Holdings

1. Have a total of more than 10 years of enterprise work experience or related scientific research and development, management, marketing and other work experience;

2. Those who should have worked in the middle-level and deputy-level positions of Kaisheng three-level enterprises for more than three years, and those who have not completed three years should have worked in the middle-level and deputy-level positions of Kaisheng three-level enterprises for a total of more than five years;

3. Should have a bachelor degree or above, the age is not more than 50 years old, especially outstanding can be appropriately relaxed;

4. Familiar with power generation glass industry and power generation glass related business.
