In particular, the stable batch industrial production of 0.12mm ultra-thin electronic glass will reduce the glass thinning link in the downstream of the industry, greatly saving resources and reducing costs. After testing by the National Special Glass Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the key technical indicators of the products have reached the requirements of "Thin Float Glass for Liquid Crystal Display", and the main quality performance indicators are equivalent to those of imported products, fully meeting the quality requirements of ultra-thin float glass for the electronic industry.

On the basis of the overall improvement of the traditional melting process, molding process, annealing process and cutting industry, the whole set of technical equipment has innovated key technologies such as fine flow control technology, accurate adjustment technology of tin liquid depth, accurate annealing control technology and automatic fine weighing batching technology, development of core technologies such as particle size distribution technology for glass raw materials, bubbling technology on ultra-thin melting furnaces, equal g-value thinning technology, and double-guide wheel cross-cutting technology. The Scientific and Technological Achievement Appraisal Committee composed of Academician Jiang Desheng of the Chinese Academy of Engineering gave a high evaluation of the overall technical equipment that "the results have broken the foreign technology blockade and product market monopoly, and have reached the international advanced level as a whole.
