AR Photovoltaic Coated Glass

The AR coating is based on advanced nanoporous silica technology. By controlling the size and accumulation form of silica particles, porous nanomaterials with uniform nano-scale distribution are obtained on the surface of ultra-white glass. The reflectivity of the film layer is reduced to about 1%, which greatly reduces the reflectivity of solar energy, thus improving the transmittance of solar energy and ultimately improving the conversion efficiency of solar modules.

Product Description

The AR coated glass developed by our company is a product obtained by plating a layer of antireflection film on the surface of high light transmission ultra-white solar glass and then tempering. It can effectively reduce the reflectance of the glass surface and improve the transmittance, thereby improving the conversion efficiency of the module, increasing the output power of the photovoltaic module, and also has a surface self-cleaning function.
