Recently, Kaisheng (Zigong) New Energy Co., Ltd. successfully passed the national integration management system implementation standard evaluation, and won the-level "two integration management system evaluation certificate" issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China, marking a new level in promoting the deep integration of "informatization and industrialization.
Zigong New Energy fully implements the policies and strategies put forward by the state in the integration of "industrialization and industrialization", and actively implements the construction and pilot work of the integration of enterprises and industrialization. Based on the requirements and characteristics of photovoltaic glass production management and control, the company is based on "digitalization, informatization, networking, and intelligence", guided by the national intelligent manufacturing standard system, and applies advanced information and manufacturing technology to integrate intelligent equipment and information systems Carry out information integration, and carry out intelligent applications closely around six aspects including production control, equipment management, safety and environmental protection, energy management, supply chain management, and auxiliary decision-making, construction of information physical fusion system CPS, and photovoltaic glass existing ERP, safety management and other systems for single sign-on docking, with automated DCS, PLC, manipulator seamless integration. Through information interaction, we have comprehensively promoted Zigong's new energy management innovation, realized the intelligence, digitization, modeling, visualization and integration of production and operation, and improved the enterprise's labor productivity, safe operation ability, emergency response ability, risk prevention ability and scientific decision-making ability.
On May 12, 2022, the company officially launched the implementation of the standards for the integration of industrialization and industrialization management system, and formulated specific implementation plans and promotion plans in strict accordance with the requirements for the integration of informatization and industrialization management system (GB/T 23001-2017) and the requirements for the classification of new capabilities of the integration of informatization and industrialization management system of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China, and successfully completed all the work in the evaluation process, and on December 30, 2022 successfully obtained the "two integration management system evaluation certificate".
