To enhance political leadership skills, we need to adhere to strategic thinking to seek the overall situation, be good at standing on the strategic commanding heights to study and judge the situation, plan for the future, and firmly grasp the initiative to deal with complex domestic and foreign situations; adhere to innovative thinking to increase vitality, and be good at breaking through the shackles of ideas, Dare to break the restrictions of rules and regulations, dare to challenge the resistance of stereotypes and bad habits, and find the key to solve problems in innovation; adhere to dialectical thinking, we must be good at using the basic principles of Marxist materialist dialectical philosophy to analyze problems, explore the crux of problems, find the laws of things, and solve the problems of development; adhere to the rule of law thinking and good governance, we must know the law, understand the law, and use it, and be good at using the rule of law Thinking and the rule of law deepen reform, promote development, resolve contradictions, and maintain stability; adhere to the bottom line of thinking and keep boundaries, do not touch the legal red line, adhere to the moral bottom line.

Some leading cadres only care about the area and only focus on the results, which is a manifestation of lack of overall awareness and political awareness. To embark on a new journey, party members and cadres need to firmly grasp the party's overall strategic goals and accurately position their short-term, medium-term and long-term tasks.
Realizing the strategic goals of the new era is inseparable from the development path of reform and innovation. Innovative thinking is an essential element of an innovative country. However, the process of innovation needs to be adjusted and corrected according to time and place, which requires dialectical thinking. For example, some government regulation and control have achieved immediate results in the past, but now the effect is not good; some policies are right in the coastal areas, but they are not satisfied in the mainland. Nowadays, at a specific point in time and space, is a specific act right or wrong? Laws and regulations are a yardstick. For this reason, any decision-making and any measures taken must be based on the rule of law. However, at any time, our work requires bottom-line thinking, prepare for the worst, and work hard in the best direction. For example, "the house is for living, not for speculation", which is to plan a red line for the real estate administration.
It can be seen that taking strategic thinking as the command, enhancing innovative thinking, dialectical thinking, rule of law thinking, and bottom line thinking, one ring and one ring, together constitute a way of thinking to improve political leadership.

The process of achieving this great historical mission will not be smooth sailing for the happiness of the people and the rejuvenation of the nation. Proper use of strategic thinking, innovative thinking, dialectical thinking, rule of law thinking, and bottom line thinking can overcome difficulties and obstacles and deal with complex challenges.

To improve political leadership skills, it is also necessary to strictly enforce political rules, administer the party strictly in an all-round way, and prevent and resolve political risks. The task of administering the party strictly is arduous, the situation is complex, and the challenges are unprecedented. Party members and cadres should be in awe, dare to show their swords in the face of big right and wrong, face up to difficulties in the face of contradictions and crises, and constantly improve their political acumen, insight, and judgment, so as to consolidate the ruling foundation of the party.
