Ruichang China Building Materials Selected in 2023 Jiangxi Province "5G Industrial Internet" Application Demonstration Scene

Recently, the application scenario of the "100 MW cadmium telluride thin film power generation glass production line" project declared by Ruichang China Building Materials Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully selected into the list of "5G Industrial Internet" application demonstration projects in 2023 by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, becoming one of the 42 enterprises selected this time in Jiangxi Province.
The project scenario declared by Ruichang China Building Materials is based on the 5G industrial network, which integrates digital, intelligent and information-based life cycle control, it not only realizes the functions of intelligent production (flexible manufacturing), equipment visual management (equipment collaborative operation/equipment fault diagnosis/on-site auxiliary assembly), quality inspection and feedback (robot visual quality inspection/unmanned intelligent inspection/accurate dynamic operation/process compliance verification), intelligent safety supervision (production site inspection/accurate dynamic operation/production process traceability and partial production energy efficiency control), but also innovates the ecological industrial chain, it has laid a solid foundation for the leapfrog development of power generation glass from "Made in China" to "Made in China.
The successful selection of this project not only affirms the innovative advantages and contributions of Ruichang China Building Materials in digitalization, intelligence and informatization, but also further promotes the high-quality development and transformation and upgrading of the enterprise. In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying out the Application Demonstration Work of "5G Industrial Internet" in 2023, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized the evaluation of the application demonstration project of "5G Industrial Internet" in 2023. According to the requirements of relevant documents, Ruichang China Building Materials organized technicians familiar with the process to sort out the materials, and reviewed and reported them step by step, and finally stood out.
