Zhang Rong made a summary and comment on the production and operation situation and index completion rate of seven new energy enterprises, and put forward four requirements for the next production and operation work:

Fourth, all units should strengthen the management of construction in progress. Adhere to the principle of "overall planning and coordinated promotion", while speeding up the pace of project construction, strictly implement the work goal of "safety, high quality, high efficiency and economy", further strengthen project supervision to ensure construction quality, reduce construction costs, improve project progress, and achieve early production, early results and early returns; carefully build benchmark projects and model projects.
